Sales

Efficency of sales approach is reflected from :
How many sales call do we make each day ?

Effectivity of sales approach is reflected from :
How many of these call can be closed & create a transaction ?

In overall , it means how much you invest for how much of sales. In between there are marketing & sales strategy that drives from a goal.

Interestingly , in the end, it is about human. And it is about the compatibility of mission (or else transformin?).
(either they are costumer, our employee , our boss ,and ourselves)

Coruption

There's so many corruption, here ! It's tough not to fall in it.
Foreigners is considered more immuned for these things , but it's not absolutelly true. I saw after sometimes they work in Indonesia - many of them become just the same.

Such a massive destruction to the heart & the consciousness. Direct attack to human's defence.

Management

After discussing the marketing & sales strategy , we realized that in it is all related to "human" ! No strategy can be formed, no action can be executed without an infrastructure that willing to drive it.

People can do so much things beyond his imagination but what kept them together & put all effort in a direction ? I guess it is the leaderships with it's mission.

As procedures and systems is come after that as the reflection.

Purpose of plan

"This is the plan !"
"What is this for ?"
"Because you ask so !"
"I thought this your plan ,not a report."

It's good to put our "thought" in writing so we can re-examine it.
We can see our own structure, philosophy - the way we think , the way we translate it into writing (or action?) !

By putting it into writing & structurely, you'll have better chances to see what is "missing" ! (It's good to know what missing in planning stage rather than in implementation phase).

If the purpose is not served , it''s loosing the effectivity.

Time management

We can't manage the time, they run by themselves.
We can only choose what we do on a time.
Even when we are not choosing , it's a choice already.
So you cannot say " I didn't use my time" . It should be "I use my time for doing nothing" - and that time is gone already.

"Then I should changes it so it sounds better & more acceptable !"
